Dual–Core All-Outdoor IP/MPLS Multi-Gigabit MW Transmission at 13-38 GHz
OmniBAS™-BXd, the new generation of dual-core all-outdoor radios of the OmniBAS™ Point-to-Point MW family, addresses the operator need for advanced, cost-effective, multi-Gigabit IP transmission solutions using just one outdoor unit.
OmniBAS™-BXd features a novel design to support 2 x 112 MHz channels in a single compact unit accommodating adaptable carrier allocations with replaceable duplexers in a wide range of MW frequency bands (13 - 38 GHz). Using the appropriate OmniBAS Coupling Units (OBCU) and a broad range of integrated antennas (0.3 / 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.2 / 1.8 m), it can be flexibly configured for 1+0, 1+1, 2+0 or XPIC 2+0 link operation.
OmniBAS™-BXd offers leading modulations (4096-QAM) per channel and throughput up to 2.5 Gbit/s per unit, while employing advanced radio and traffic processing functionality to demonstrate exceptional IP MW radio performance.
OmniBAS™-BXd is compatible with both OmniBAS™ split-mount and OmniBAS™-BX all-outdoor units and is also manageable through the same powerful uni|MS™ platform.
OmniBAS™-BXd is ideal for both 5G MW backhaul and for a wide range of enterprise wireless connectivity applications.
Benefits
